Sean Moriarty-CEO/PresidentSean studied contract law and supply chain management at the University of Pittsburgh/Katz Graduate School of Business and Baldwin Wallace College before taking on global procurement responsibilities for a major aerospace company and Fortune 50 firm. With 20+ years experience in procurement and internal client management he has developed a track record of successfully implementing change in even the toughest purchasing environments resulting in improved profits. He has held Director to VP level roles in the procurement and supply chain arena for major Automotive, Aerospace & CPG manufacturing organizations including many Fortune 500 companies such as Tyco International, Rockwell Automation, TRW Inc. and Goodrich Corporation.
Sean also is the Founder and President of ProqurMarketplace Inc. and a Senior Consultant at Core Partners Management Consultants Ltd, headquartered in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Sean is certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, is a member of the SMTA association and formerly held CPM and APP certifications from the Institute of Supply Management. He is a Eucharistic Minister and Director of the Alpha Course within the Roman Catholic Church. He is deeply involved with supporting local and national level not for profits. In addition to this, he is an active member of the ALPHA National Catholic Outreach Team and volunteers regularly at a homeless shelter.
Dr. Sundeep Dronawat- CFO
Dr. Dronawat (Sunny) holds many accreditation's including a Ph.D. from University of Louisville; an MBA-University of Louisville; MS, Biochemical Engineering, NITK, India; and a BS, Chemical Engineering, Karnataka University, India.
Sunny is President and General Manager of Bellwether Software and CTO and Co-Founder of Rural America IT. With over 15 years of experience in Marketing, IT and Entrepreneurship, his diverse career has been characterized by involvement in Online Web 2.0 Communities, Marketing, Research and Development and IT. He has been a CTO at a Fortune 500 company and CIO at a publicly traded company. Sunny builds upon his real world experience as an Adjunct Professor at University of Louisville and Indiana University, New Albany. He is advisor for BPOsutra.com, Alta Financial Technologies and Integrated Systems.
Sunny is certified in Six Sigma, and he is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute (FFSI) and Life Office Management Institute (FLMI). Sunny is also a "Kentucky Colonel." He was awarded the MOSIAC outstanding immigrant award by the Jewish Community and Family Services.
Sunny is also involved in community activities and is currently on the Board of Indian Community Foundation of Louisville, he has also served on Executive Committees and Boards of Indian Association of Fort Myers, India Community Foundation of Louisville, Department of Chemical Engineering, and University of Louisville. He is also a member of Hindu Temple of Kentucky and a Lifetime member of Indian Community Foundation.
M. Fatima Moriarty- CSO/Vice PresidentFatima has spent over 10 years managing various aspects of customer service. She has extensive experience within the purchasing arena as well stemming from her many years working in the exporting business. In addition to her bilingual skills, she brings a strong background in analytics to the business. She has a passion for helping not for profit and small business organizations create sustainable and strategic business plans-all by incorporating solid spend management practices.
